About this tool
Every photo taken with a phone or camera carries hidden information called metadata: the device model, the exact time, editing history, and very often the GPS coordinates of where the picture was taken. When you upload the original file, all of that travels with it.
This tool shows you exactly what is stored, then rebuilds the file keeping only the image pixels and dropping EXIF, XMP, IPTC and embedded text chunks. The picture itself is not re-compressed, so quality stays identical.
